    I'm new to this forum.

So I have a question about the battery port on my Fujitsu laptop. My laptop isn't charging as it normally should. The AC adapter seems to be working fine because when I push it further into the batter port it DOES charge but if I just leave it normal then it does not charge.

So I'm guessing that the battery port is loose...so I'm not sure what to do to remedy the situation. How do I fix the loose battery port?!

If I don't then I'm stuck with continually having to push/hold the battery into the port so that it would charge.

If the computer is still under warranty I would send it in. If it's not you could be in pickle. Depending on the computers power set up ,the power socket may be attached to the motherboard, which could be a case for the motherboard to be replaced.

In any case the more you have to push on the socket the more likely the scoket will eventualy break.

Depending on your computer savey, you could attempt to take the computer apart and determine the exact cause and try to repair it yourself.

    Good Luck!
