On my P5020 I have been trying several different drivers for my wireless network card, but all of them seem to have some (different) problem. At the moment I am using one that was on the Lenova site:
    Intel
    13/07/2006
    1.2.4.41
This one is very stable when it has finally (which can take very long) started to run.
The Fujitsu ones are quicker to start, but less stable and also tend to give errors when shutting down.

Thanks for the tip. Overall it works the best.
It is just that it is still a bit slow in its initial
connection, but very stable when connected
and no errors when shutting down, so I will
    stick to it.
