I'm just curious as to why they didn't put CV on the S7.. does anyone know why that is?

Also, does CV make it better or worse for using a notebook outdoors?

I was told it was becuase some people do not like the CV screen, so Fujitsu wanted to have an option for them.

That last statement is correct...they wanted variety in their display options.
