I was just to know if it is possible to control the cpu. Let me explain.
When I play games it works harder and the fan is turn on, but it is automatic. The only thing I can control is the fan.
When I use Dr.Divx to encode a divx movie that fan does not turn on which means the cpu is not working harder (I have tested with the pi program and the cpu works about 2 time harder when the fan is on). I was thinking that if I could control the cpu then maybe I could encode the movie in half the time (2 hours instead of 4).

If you're plugged it, it will use all the CPU that is needed.
