I'm about to bring my machine for another repair, third time in the short two years of usage.
Last two times, my machine just dies (Took over a week and was frustrating as I need it for school), this time, It's for a fan replacement (I hope), the guy on the phone says it requires 5 days to repair the fan.
It also takes an hour for anybody to reach the repair center, as it is located on the most tip of Hong Kong (Why?)
Consider the lengthy time required for Fujitsu for replacing a small part, (Fujitsu already has "good" customer satisfaction) what are your woes with Fujitsu Customer Service or Fujitsu warranty repairs? Feel free to share it here.

My notebook itself has been fine. No problems at all.
My one complaint w/ Fujitsu was their speed (lack thereof) in putting Windows 7 drivers on their support website. I'm still not sure if they've done it (at least for my model). I got tired of waiting a long time ago. With a little hunting, I was able to find what I needed by going to component manufacturers' websites.
So there's nothing wrong, per se. But I expect better service than that when I spend serious money on a notebook. -
Fujitsu Customer service are alot better than many others. We service center get the part quickly. 1-2 days. Its not only your computer they waiting on. there are tens if not 100s of machine waiting to be service. Yes replace fan sound quick. but not for laptops. laptops you need to open the whole machine, take out the motherboard to get to the fan. Unlike Desktop where you see the fan right there hold by 4 screws.
