    Hi,

How much does it cost over there? I think the Leveno T61P has similar hardware specification with H250, you might want to check it out and compare the price over there. It will be also good to post up the prices so that we (or I :)) can have some ideas about the markets over there too.

You can consider H250 is an enhanced version of E8410. Normally the FSC laptops are only available in Europe so I guessed that not many people have seen in here (including me).

I'm really not a notebook specialist but according to danish review of overpriced pre-production sample ( http://www.laptopworld.dk/395.php - english conclusion is at the end of the review) I wouldn't expect same build quality as Lenovo Thinkpads have.
I am considering this notebook too because of its hw equipment and reasonable price but I am not sure if FSC is trustworthy and reliable brand. So I would welcome any opinions.

Celsius prices are roughly between 2350-2500 US dollars in Czech republic.
    T7300 and WSXGA display - 2350
    T7500 and WUXGA display - 2500

Rest of the configuration is the same - 2 GB RAM, 160 GB 5400 rpm, nVidia quadro 570m 256 MB GDR3 etc.

Thinkpad T61 with similar configuration costs approximately 3000.

I have never had laptop so take all my opinions with a grain of salt. All my suggestions are simply based on info found on inet. Nevertheless danish reviewer was quite straight - "It’s such a shame that one haven’t used more time developing a case that was more solid, and as I would have preferred, of magnesium." He mentioned it even in negatives "-Very plastic like case".
According to FSC datasheet Celsius has spill-proof keyboard, ShockSensor and magnesium LCD lid but rest of the chassis is plastic.
So I suppose Celsius build quality should be OK but it definitely cannot be considered same "tank" as T61.
I am not willing to pay 3000+ US dollars for T61p and other configuration you have mentioned is simply too weak.
I will have to choose between FSC H250 or HP 8510w.

I’m not sure, what exactly your requirements for a laptop are, but I’d point you (as already suggested by Kostej) towards HP. I haven’t had any Fujitsu-Siemens laptop in hands, but judging from the reviews I skimmed through while researching a laptop for myself, construction quality has never appeared to be their strong point. With HP you have the option of going either with 8510p (consumer GPU) or 8510w (workstation GPU). You may check the reviews here at Notebookreview.com ( 8510p / 8510w). On top of that, you get the possibility to order via HP Top Config here in Czech Republic. It’s particularly useful in that it allows you to scale down on usually overpriced but easily replaced parts like memory or hard drive (and then upgrade yourself for much cheaper prices in the aftermarket).
