I've been experiencing some cooling problems.
It doesn't keep the temp low, always about 70-80 while playing or working with a lot of programs.
So I thought about buying a Titan TTC-G3TZ Laptop Cooling Pad
My question is will this help out to keep the temp lower or at least faster cooling?

Also should I flash the BIOS everytime a update comes out?
