Hi, I'm debating between the Fujitsu N3511 and N6210. I feel like I get more "bang for my buck" by getting the 6210 especially with the $100 rebate but I've read that the LCD on the 3511 is enhanced in some way over the other models. Since the LCD quality is one of the most important factors to me, and one of the main reasons I'm going with Fujitsu, will is there any noticeable "quality difference" between the LCD on the 3511 and 6210? Any other input on the two machines is welcome also. Thanks.

Actually both the n6210 and n3510 have the Crystal View or enhanced screen. I haven't seen the n6210, but the n3510 is the best glossy laptop screen I have seen.

The screen on the N3500 series is a bit brighter than the one on the N6000s. But I would say it's unnoticable. I had an N3510 before I got my current and there was no way for me to be sure that the N3510 was brighter because I never had them side by side. BTW I use my N6010 at 5/8 brightness, so it's plenty bright already.

Don't let the screen quality be a decider. Both laptops are great. Just select which specs fit your requirements best!

Hey, I have the N6210 and have also seen a N3510 in person. Like quester, I use mine on 5/8 brightness also. BUT, the N6210 does not have a good viewing angle from the side. Colors do fall apart as reviewed here:

It looks amazing from the front, but not from the side. I dont know why. For me, this is a non-issue b/c I don't watch DVDs with my friends.

The N3511 uses the 2nd generation of the CV display while i believe the N6210 is still using the 1st generation of the CV displays. Having seen both side by side, both produces the same amount of brightness but the N3511 definetly produces a better contrast compared to the N6210.
