I regret buying this computer. There has been nothing, but trouble time and time again. I've already had to send it out several times and even when it come backs the problems are never fully fixed.

I have two questions though right now. One is my print screen button isn't working. A few months back someone helped me out and told me what I had to press to get it to work. It did, but now I don't remember and the person can't be reached anymore. Pressing alt+prt sc doesn't help either.

And another question is when I go to sign into my hotmail account or go to sites like www.a9.com or even www.cubs.com the font is larger than normal. It only happens to certain sites. Before this the font changed from normal size to becoming extremely small and suddenly today it went huge. How do I get it to go back to normal size? Is there something I have to do? Or am I going to be stuck taking it back to the place where I got and be told that they'll have to send it out?

I would appreciate any kind of help. :)

These don't sound like problems with your computer...

To print screen, simply press the PrtSc key (you may have to press the Fn+PrtSc key at the same time if your Fujitsu keyboard is similar to mine). Then open MS Word or similar program and paste the screen capture.

As far as the font problem, what browser do you use? There are some applications that override the font size settings in IE. You may want to look at this website and set your font size accordingly first: http://www.microsoft.com/enable/training/ie6/fontsize.aspx.
