My LCD cracked internally after i opened it without scratching or denting or dropping. After arguing with Fujitsu's service dept, i still couldn't get them to cover under the warranty.

So now i have to look for an alternative, i need to find a replacement for the monitor. Any suggestions? where to find? or should i wait and buy a new laptop?

You might contact www.portableone.com and see if they can help you, or recommend a Canadian reseller who can.

Man, you seem to have many issues with Fujitsu. Please send yours back and get a Sony or something, Do you really think Fujitsu will listen to the BBB? That's like reporting Mercedes to the BBB for a mechanical problem. It just doesn't work that way. The BBB handles business matters, not cracked LCD screens.

Fujitsu seems to have serious problems with their LCDs.

You should try and report them to the BBB and see if they won't listen to you then.

Yes they do listen to the BBB. That's exactly why they are paying OVERNIGHT shipping continuously for me. This is also the reason why they replaced my $1300.00 C2330 with a $2100.00 N3510.

    Believe me, they do listen.

As a matter of fact, when I got off the phone with the lady, she asked me to please call the BBB so Fujitsu Corporate won't get on them about quality assurance.

Do you think Corporate would LIKE to hear that it's users are sending their units in multiple times because the repair center can't get it right?

I had the same problem w/ my Dell Inspiron 600M, no luck getting Dell to fix it either. Did you manage to get them fix from writing to BBB?
