    Just had some questions concerning user upgradablity and user serviceable parts;

    a- is the HDD/SSD upgradeable can it be upgraded?
    b- the ram?
    c- any msata options?

    I have no knowledge of this particular device, but the manual for it should be available in the Drivers and Download section on the Fujitsu website. It should have almost everything including instructions to service/upgrade...
