Has anyone ever sent a Laptop to Fujitsu for repair? If so, did they give you the RMA # BEFORE you sent the package?

Because with me, they waited 4 days after sending the overnight box to bother to tell me I need an RMA # on it.

These people are incomprehensible. They CALLED me on Monday; I received the packing material on Tuesday, and sent it out Wednesday. I didn't get the RMA # until Thursday!

No, they couldn't give it to me whilst I was on the phone with them on Monday or even with the box that they sent me.

Well thanks for sharing. Hopefully I will never need to use that info, but it's good to know just in case. Wait for the rma.
