    Fujitsu: Replaced LCD with yet another bad LCD

    Yippy, I sent it in, they replaced the LCD, and this one has the exact same backlighting issues that my old one had, yet slightly different.

    My next Laptop will not be a Fujitsu, not if they can't even fix an LCD issue.

    Sorry you're having so much trouble. They must have bad panels in that size, would hate to see you swear off an entire brand for this reason.

    It's not only that, their customer service wasn't too friendly. They basically said the problem is me. Telling me it's impossible that anything's wrong with it, saying it passed inspection.

    Yeah, I am sure the customer service rep was there when they "replaced" the LCD screen on my unit.

    Regardless, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they have agreed to replace the LCD or repair the unit (again). They have also agreed to pay shipping to and back this time.

    I have never had such a defective product before. If they fail to fix the problem, I will hire a Japanese translation service to translate my complaint and the real headquarters will be notified of their incompetence.

    Oh, and in case anyone wonders, the repair center in Memphis has a bad record with the BBB.
