    it is a good brand,in lap-tops?how important is the resolution?the display is 17,00 and has only 1440x950 pixel.hoe does seems?it is enough?

    Those are pretty good laptops. Build quality is well above average, and the screens are nice. I can't really give a good recommendation because I do not know what you are going to do with the notebook.

    The resolution of the screen is personal preference. I suggest going to a local computer store and seeing a certain resolution before buying it. WXGA+ (1440x990) is average for a 17" display. If you are into digital photos, consider getting a higher resolution display. Keep in mind that a higher resolution display will have smaller text, and if you have bad eyes, it could pose a problem.

    Fujitsu Siemens aren't built by Fujitsu and their respective ODM, but rather, Uniwill. So you can't associate the build quality of the Amilo line versus the "true Fujitsu" Lifebook line. in any case I saw you post this before on the hardware section and you got your answers there.
