One of the doors broke off my 5020, so I called Fuji for support. They took my info and had a replacement door sent two-day air the same day. Excellent and painless support.

I do have to say that every experience that I've had with Fujitsu and their resellers has been excellent. Thumbs way up for customer service to Fujitsu.

Wow, broke off? How durable is the 5020?

The 5050 is very durable, the little door where the monitor dongle connects is a touch shady though.
