When I try to register an account, it ask me for a username and password. I typed in the same username and password for my windows login, but it just keep telling me my username or password is wrong! Anyone can help me? Thanks

Try using administrator for the username.

Yeah, I've had two Fujitsu's and never been able to get Omnipass to accept a user. Same problem you're having. Don't know how anybody ever gets it to work. Maybe it won't work with XP Home?

Try Administrator with the capital A.

Yes, even I use "Administrator" cannot solve my problem.

And I have reinstall the omnipass many many times already, I am using the latest version that I download for Fujitse.

The problem is that the software always said my username or password is wrong.

I don't want to reinstall my Windows xp...

Try downgrading the Omnipass. Might work.

Where can I find an older version of the Omnipass?
The support services simply ask me to reinstall the windows.

There is something called OmniPass only users in OmniPass software. It's very possible that's enabled and hence you see this problem.

Anyways, try contacting Fujitsu or Softex ( www.softexinc.com) for newer versions of OmniPass.

    Good luck!
