    Hi all,

Basically when I boot up my Amilo Li2727 I'm greeted with this:

This happens all through the boot process/bios screens etc. so its not OS or software related.

It does on a occasion display perfectly so its not the actual LCD (no dead pixels even)

Even when it has this issue it displays on an external monitor perfectly.

So I'm thinking it could be the inverter? Or maybe a loose connection?

I've opened it up and the LCD connector is not loose. If I mess around with the wires going to the LCD and inverter I do get quite alot of glitching.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Apparently the inverter is just to do with the backlight which works fine...
