    I tried uploading all my drivers but this button would let you scroll up and down on a website or a word document, how can I get it to work?
    This is from a Fujitsu C Series.

    After installing the hotkey utility, I found it is used to increase brightness and volume with the function key. The alps touch pad was the answer.
    I called their customer support just to find out how to install all the crazy files. Their customer support is fantastic!
