A few days ago, the fan on my Fujit started to make clicking noises, when I took a look at the fan grill, I saw that it had been clogged up by dust. I've already tried using a vacumm cleaner to clean out the dust, but I can't get rid of all of it and the fan is still clicking.

So I tried opening the S2020, I unscrewed all the screws and loosened the clips in the front and began opening up towards the LCD. Here was when I bumped into the trouble, the back part of the laptop doesn't feel like it will open. Does anyone know how to open a laptop like this?

Check the manual, they generally have a screw guide in there. Also check under the battery.

I've looked at the manual and I can't find a screw guide. Likewise, I've also checked under the battery and there are no screws.

The battery is located at the front of the laptop, the front part of the laptop opens fine, it just seems very difficult to open as I approach the hindges on the LCD.

I've also called Fujitsu technical support, but they say they don't release information about operating on the hardware to end users.

I don't know what to tell you then. You probably need to get the keyboard off, but I have no idea what your setup is like, sorry. Perhaps try reaching out to a reseller like www.portableone.com
