    Hi everyone!
I just successfully change my HD to 5k80G. Here is the complete instruction:

    1. I remove power and battery (Important)
    2. I brought the handi kit, which has like 5 small screwdriver. I
opened the bottom right corner with the small screwdriver.
Be careful when you remove it, you only need to remove the top two
    screws.
    3. slowly pull the cover out.
    4. Now you should be able to see a silver container, pull it out.
    5. Slide old HD out of container.
    6. There is a pin connector(yellow) on the top of the HD, disconnect it from old HD.
    7. connect pin connector to new HD, and make sure it is connect tightly
    8. put HD back to container and close the cover
    9. screw back the two screws
    10. Start the notebook, you should see a message "Operation System is not found"
    11. put your fujitsu restore CD in CD rom. restart the computer
    12. Choose restore factory image.
    13. After the operation, you hard drive should be running on windows.

I brought 80 G HD, but I only get 70G after installation. I don't know if that is normal, but I am cool with 70G. After all, I did it all by myself.

So the drive comes pre-partitioned and formatted (NTFS?) or are these things included in the image?

If you insert the "restore CD" from Fujitsu, the CD will do partition and format you new hard drive for u. Usually, you have to manually do it, but fujitsu made it easy.
