When you compare the two computers, are they close in technology or does the Dothan processor lag way behind?

Cause I am looking at both and I was set on the S7 but they cost about the same the way I configured them on p1 and the added functionality of the tablet seems like a better buy. Was wondering your thoughts... I read somewhere you can even pin-mod the dothan, is this true?

Dothan wasn't horrible, some people even prefer it due to the marginally better battery life. I mean, I have a 1.2 GHz Dothan that's more than enough for my every day needs. There is a bunch of discussion on that tablet on our other site if you're interested.
