It's GDDR3. It's overclockable with AMD GPU Clock Tool. Its Vista Aero score is a whopping 5.9, Vista gaming graphics score is around 5.1. It's a good gaming GPU, roughly the same level as the Nvidia 8600M GT. It scores around 3000-3200 in 3DMark 06 at 1280x1024 at default clock speeds. Overclocked, it can get up around 4000. Crysis is playable in DirectX 9 mode at 1024x768, with medium details, no AA.
