    Hello,
I've recently bought a Fujitsu Lifebook U810 laptop. For some time, it worked great without any problem. Suddenly, it stopped charging it's battery.

When the charger is plugged in, it shows "charging" but the percent indicator doesn't go up (even when the laptop is completly turned off, I can tell from the battery indicator color). I even tried to replace the battery and the charger but the problem persists. The battery is empty (~10 % remaining) and doesn't charge.

The BIOS is up-to-date and the system is clean reinstalled. The problem persists even on Ubuntu.

I've tried to unplug the battery while charging, reset the BIOS settings to the factory defaults and some other things that I found on the internet but nothing helped.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thank you!

I wish I knew, but you could do what I do... keep it plugged in all the time!
