Where can i get it? I have never seen one, walked in the computer store and couldn't find it. I use the normal S-video, but can't find the mini. Has anyone used it?

An adapter came with my 6231, but I don't envision using it since stand-alone dvd players dropped to $35.

Good business. Let's order them, us people in the US, and sell them to you people out there :p

Seriously, buy and ship to someone you know in the US, and then let them ship it to you. It's only a cable so international shipping will be cheap. Place it in an envalope and that's it!

just read this thread, and thought I would add my comments and also I am stuck :-(

I am from the UK but live in Thailand. I too hunted high and low for the 3.5mm cable > s-video and finally got the Fujitsu store on the 3rd floor pantip to get for me (2,500baht later!!!) and I plug into into my laptop.

When I try to out my TV just flickers and comes back to the desktop. I have tried changing the TV formats in the Intel graphics program (eg Pal, NTSC etc) ... made sure my TV is ok. My old Dell D610 worked fine with the TV. Really making me mad I cannot output to TV. Anyone offer me some advice ?

I tried to order direct from Fujitsu Thailand, they told me go to a retailer. I tried from UK, I was told the part number I wanted (the cable) was not listed and they could not help. Try Maplin! ... anyway I have the cable now :) - but cannot connect to TV! :-(

if you don;t mind spending 2,500baht - goto Fujitsu @ 3rd floor pantip by the esclators ... thats where I got mine.

Yes I can see the movie fine on my laptop. I go into the intel properties, and select TV. My TV screen flickers for a few seconds and I see an image. It then stops and I get my LCD screen back. I have read on other forums people having issues - but not answers yet :-(
