    My intervideo dvd

    is not working. I put in my dvd and pressed play but it does nothing. I hate using windows media. Is there any way someone can help me with this.
    Its on my N6010 laptop. Thanks [V]

    no it doesn't .. I just tried that a mnute ago. There's noreaction or anything. I can click it about 1000 times but it won't do anything.

    try to reinstall it from the applications cd that was provided with your system.

    I always use intervideo, and its great. I love the fact that it plays dvd files that are on your HDD, not sure if mediaplayer can do that o_O

    "right click > eject" in my computer doesn't work?

    Try to poke in that hole on the drive. It should unlock it mechanically and it will slide open. I just tried it on mine and it works ... I have a toshiba dvd/cdrw.

    I try to push that little button on the cd rom for some reason my cd rom won't pop out? Like it's stuck now.
    In the beg. it was fine when i put the cd in, and now I can't take it out. Please help me..

    I am so sorry for the hassle

    Qwester, to play from files, does intervideo need an iso file or can it read from the VIDEO_ and AUDIO_ folders?
