I think i've narrowed my quest to go wireless around the house down to the N3511, It has everything i believe i want in a notebook except BlueTooth.. Quester mentioned in another thread that i could get a BlueTooth-pcmcia card that fits flush into the N3511. (No USB dongles hanging out for me). Are there any better BlueTooth cards i should get? Does it matter? Some recommendations on brand, type, place to get it would be a big help.
Also, i doubt it but, does the card work any differently than having it built in? Curious... Thanks
Some store recommendations on where to buy the N3511 laptop would be a big help as well. Online or otherwise. I want to buy from a company that has steller support should i need it.. Thanks again.

I believe you should just go with a brand you trust. IBM and Belkin both make Bluetooth PCMCIA cards. Check eBay.

Here is one from belkin: http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Merchant_Id=&Section_Id=200583&pcount=&Product_Id=165833
No need to by it at that outrageous price, buy.com has it for $68, and free shipping.
There might be some other products that are better, not sure!
You might want to look in the whole what is compatible with what issue of bluetooth. Such as v1.1/1.2 support, and what profiles are supported. That would depend on what devices you want to use with it.
As for store recommendation to buy Fujitsu from, www.portableone.com is always recommended on these forums, and many of the users here are happy customers. They are a bit cheaper than buying direct from Fujitsu (sometimes they have free upgrades), but their best selling point is the customer service and support. -
Thanks guys. I actually went on Compusa's website earlier and found a close-by store to go play around with the N3511. Turned out they sold their display and had only one in the back, brand new in the box. Needless to say, they wouldn't bring it out and open the box just so i could get a feel for it.
The guy in that dept said they never sell them and won't be any more.. Hmm..
