    N6410 + Intel's Merom processor

    With Fujitsu announcing that they will be adding the Intel Merom (Core 2 Duo) processor to their line up (hopefully in September) and given the fact that the N6410 has max of 2 GB (1 GB x 2) memory, then it appears that the only available Core 2 Duo processor would be the T5600 (1.83 GHz, 667 MHz).

    The reason I ask is that I want to purchase a N6410 ~ waiting to see if indeed Fujitsu will be adding a faster processor (2.0 GHz or faster) to their fall line-up.

    Does anyone else know of any other L2 Meriom Processors o/t the T5600?

    what does 2 dimm slots have to do with the processor? other laptops have 2 dimm slots and can run the t7600 merom... i don't understand the question
