I just got the laptop .. and the keys on the left side of the keyboard make an awful clicking sound. Just a few keys mind you ..

Is that normal and will it go away with time, or should I call newegg and ask for a replacement? Other than those keys I love the laptop ..

Similar thing happened to mine...eventually the 's' key popped off...got my keyboard fixed and then everything went to hell, but that is a different story.

So yes, I would suggest getting it replaced.

I'm sure you'll be fine, nesbo had a horrible service company in Columbus, Ohio.
