I've taken out the keyboard, but there's a metal plate underneath covering the entire mb that will not come out. I've unscrewed everything, but it won't budge. Any ideas?

Sorry to bump, but the reason why I'm performing surgery is to replace the thermal pad under the heatsink with some Arctic Silver to aid in cooling. My laptop runs @ 87c under full load and although I haven't run into any stability issues, I can't imagine the high temperature is too healthy for the processor..
