Hi. My wife traveled to Europe with her P7120. When she plugged it in (using a converter from Brookstone) the screen, "went fuzzy." Now the screen seems to be permanently fuzzy, ie, barely legible. All the colors are off, and it just looks bad.

We thought the adapter was autosensing (that's what the manual says).

Is her 7120 defective? Shouldn't she be able to use the computer in Europe?

    Please help.

    Thanks.

What did support have to say. I would think you are correct.
