What are the advantages that I can have if I order the notebook from the Portable one rather than Fujitus online store?

    Can I trust them?

Yes you can trust them. A lot of people from this site, including myself, have ordered from them. They have free upgrades, student discounts, fast and free shipping and great customer service. There prices are good too.

They are also cheaper and offer a 30 day return policy instead of 15 from Fujitsu. If you want to get a good feeling, call Ivan. You can tell him I told you to call.

I went through portable one and the prices are as good as people say, you can get a better computer for a cheaper price, and you actually talk to people when you call. I upgraded my S7010 to better specs than Fujitsu had and got a better price.

ps: I also went through Ivan

I ordered from portable one yesterday. They are extremely responsive (in minutes to my emails) and take the time to answer all your questions. Their prices are competitive as well.

But the two main reasons I ordered from them was:

    1. most everyone on this site who has dealt with them has had a positive experience.

    2. they are an authorized fujitsu reseller and service provider.

I'll keep myself quiet, or I might upset many people around here.

I probably spoke a bit out of turn there. Sorry about that.

No, you're fine...freeman was one of the few that had a rough time with P1.
