Hey, there is a an error in my computer that make the startup very very slow.

The problem that is detedted by my tune up utilities 2009 is like this:
the files in prefetch folder, which contain information the startup process for Windows and program, were recently deleted. I don't know when it was deleted, may it happened after I tried the NBR tips n guide. After that I feel a big difference in the startup. The startup run very slow. I don't know what's wrong with this.

    so, what should I do?

Deleting the prefetch is no big deal. It is an option in ccleaner to do. Like John B said, Windows will recreate the files from scratch.

If you can not solve this problem, you may use freeware programs like WinSecret Pro. You may find it on FreewareFiles.
Running it choose Windows Core option for set up prefetch.
