I recently purchased a Fujitsu Lifebook T2020 from the Fujitsu Ebay store. The laptop comes with a 6-cell battery instead of a 9-cell battery as advertised. Because of this, I contacted Fujitsu to ask for a battery replacement. The operator advised me that Fujitsu will send the correct battery to me, and once I receive the battery, I should mail the 6-cell battery back to them. I agree. A week went by, and I didn't receive the 9-cell battery.
Thinking that something was wrong, I called Fujitsu again. This time the operator (a different person) told me that Fujitsu will send me the correct battery, and I don't have to return the 6-cell battery back. It's been a week since I made the call, and I still haven't received the battery yet.
So, Fujitsu has tricked me two times in total that they will send me the correct battery when they won't. If there's a problem, they should have just said it to my face instead of making false promises just to get me off their back.
So that's my situation. And my question is this: Does anybody has the contact info of a person in a higher position of customer service department, perhaps from a previous case? To protect the identity of such individuals, I would really appreciate it if anybody can PM me the info. My last resort is to file a complain with BBB, but I would really like to give Fujitsu another chance to make things right. I would also appreciate any advise you guys have for me as well. Thank you all very much in advance. :)

I wonder whether they don't have the 9 cell in stock.

I suggest you phone again and ask when they will ship the 9 cell battery. If possible, give your email address and ask for confirmation to be sent by email.

When I order something, it sometimes take 6-8 weeks to arrive in the mail! I would just be patient. In the worse case scenario where you are not shipped a replacement, I would just be happy anyways. Life is too precious to worry about anything! I hope your purchase brings you joy in any case.
