This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Anyone know if it covers notebooks bought in US but then brought, and used, in Israel?

    It should, that's the purpose of international support. I don't know about service centers in Israel though, you might want to call support first so you know what your options are going to be should something go wrong.
