WIll the fujitsu Q2010 run windows vista without lagging?
Will the windows vista aero interface work?
Will there be lag of any sort?
I plan to word proccess, work on the internet and do light gaming and watch movies. My current computer is also similar speed but it is centrino.

It should run it fine, Aero is still a bit of an unknown. IT's hard to know for sure since the final build hasn't been released yet.

I my opinion, you should up grade the ram as you can because aero will seep up the videocard and your fujitsu have shared memory. so that mean the ram might run out.
