I was waiting to see what the upgrade of the 6231 looked like before I pulled the trigger on buying a laptop (currently it is between the 6231 and the 7020D). My question is, do any of you think that the 6231 refresh will come with an option for a different wireless card, similar to the 7000 series. Is it possible to change the wireless card in the 6231 or is it soldered on?

    Thanks,
    Jesse

There's no reason to think it won't come with a D option and yes, I think it's soldered on.
