I am looking for reputable places (or places to stay away from) to purchase a N3511, any insight or experiences would be great. TIA :fujitsu:

If you spend any time at all in the archives here, I think you'll find that many of us here are big fans of PortableOne. Great service. I bought my S6231 from them -- highly recommended.

and if you want to see fujitsu's for yourself before you order from PortableOne, you can go to FRY's. That's of course assuming that you are in the USA.

as mentioned P1 is highly recommended for speed of service, customer service, and after sale care!

    Rtong,

If you're on the east coast, you can see Fujitsus at J&R in NYC. But don't go to Datavision because their sales reps will tell you whatever they think you want to hear just to make a sale! Those two + Fry's that Qwester mentioned are the only Fujitsu retailers in the US.

Thank you for the replies. I have seen P1 in the forums and they seem to one of the larger web-retailers. When I return to the states next week, I will go and take a look at one at FRYs. My two choices for a replacement for my Powerbook (can't run certain financial s/w) was the N3511 or the Asus W1. But the refreshed W1 seemed to be delayed quite a bit. I can't wait any longer...

Thanks again for the help. :)
