Does S6000( S6220, S6210) generate a lot of heat? How hot can it get( especially, around keyboard and palm plate area)?
Can the cooling fan be useful to cool it down?

No, those don't get very hot.

Mine does get a little warm on the bottom (not a big deal though) and the palm rests have never gotten hot.

Fujitsu design the S series to have the whole area as a heat spreader, so it's stay warm evenly, w/ the exception on the lefthand palmrest, which have a harddrive in that area, so it's a bit warmer espcially when running at full speed. It's noticably warmer than the P2K series.
