Well, fishbait, that depends of how you like better. If you have previous experience w/ 14.1" screen, I'd say that 13.3" is pretty much the same. I did some CAD applications and 13.3 works fine for me.
    Cheers,

Again, it's really personal preference. I like portability and am willing to sacrafice screen real estate. Some people prefer larger displays...

Both the 6210 and 7010 are limited to 1024x768. Therefore the "real estate" is exactly the same you can't fit any more or less on either screen it's just that everything will look smaller on the 13.3" screen.

I have the S7010 14.1" screen. My desktop is a 21" trinitron (19.5 viewable) running 1280x1024. It is hard to see much difference in the size of windows and text but the S7010 is measurably smaller. The photoshop toolbar is 12/16 wide on my desktop and 11/16 wide on my laptop. I imagine it would be about 10/16 on the 13.3".

I do agree for office type applications 12024x768 on the 13.3" screen is workable and have some regret for not waiting for the 6210 myself.

I'd you are doing serious design work I hope you also have a real desktop system and the laptop is in addition to. If the laptop is going to be the only system I would say you need a larger screen capable of higher resolution or at least consider an external monitor.
