Is there gonna be a s7011? or is the new s7010 with CV screen and 745 CPU the new model that fujitsu were intending to release.
Because I find it kind of weird to renew an old model number and then go ahead and replace it only weeks later!!!

Any thoughts or info on the topic?

I'm not sure what their naming convention is going to be, but any other upgrades will be incremental. They may toss in another .1 on the CPU, but the S7 isn't undergoing a major update from what I can tell.

S7011 is out in asia. Check any of fujitsu's asian sites.
Only notable difference from the current S7010 here in the USA is memory card reader, S-Video out (yup it seems they added that!), and instead of calling it CV it's called Brilliant Super Fine (that's one hell of a good marketing name [ ;)])
And on the down side it only exists with a P-M 725 (1.6GHz).
I wonder if that model will appear here any time soon. Although not greatly different, but the new additions are good to have!

Yup it's all black! Doesn't really look like a fujitsu.
BTW it seems that its dimensions have changed slightly.

Looks a whole lot like the P7000, I like it.
