    Hi everyone,

I have a Fujitsu S7020D, and I was wondering if anyone here knew how to stop the laptop from beeping whenever it goes into hibernate mode. Currently, whenever I close the lid in Windows XP Pro SP2, it goes into hibernate mode, and just before it turns off, it goes "beep beep". My volume is already on MUTE, and no other sounds come out, just that. It is really annoying, because sometimes I am working on my laptop in a class, and then if I close my lid in class, there is the loud beep-beep. It only happens for hibernate. If I do an actually shutdown, no noise. Any ideas?

I think this is bios controlled, and might not have the option to be turned off.
    My N6010 does the same

Yes, it's a BIOS option, there are actually a few different levels.
