I've had my E8020 for >2.5y, and it's great. I'm not a gamer, and my main uses are Office, Internet, and music, downloading large audio files (I'm a grad student and a musician.)

I had a GREAT experience with P1, but alas, they split with Fujitsu (I don't know the story.)

I'm inclined to go back to P1 for the customer service, but the Asus machines have HORRIBLE battery life! (Although Ivan says I should be able to get ~3h.)

Fuji's the only one with a standard 13.3" screen, which would be great - although their tablets look great too.

The usage will be business-oriented, with lots of travel.

How will the Fuji's stack up to Asus/HP business/ Lenovo?
How has the customer service changed without P1 on board? Has anyone else picked up the mantle?

Any help would be really appreciated!!
