Now that I have my N3510 in hand, anybody know how to make the right-side
edge of the trackpad scroll smoothly? It's very jumpy in Firefox and IE,
but the scroll button works fine. Or is this a know quirk... other than
that, no complaints. The screen is amazing and I bought this sight-unseen.

    Somebody ask me about heat...
My previous laptop was an Inspiron 5100 which had a P4 @ 2.8MHz.
I swear you could cook eggs on that thing and when the fan kicked
in, it got very loud and hot for a minute or two.

The N3510 is so quiet and you can bearly hear the fan. Any heat
at the palm or underside is very minor compared to the Dell.
I know this might have bothered others, but I'm pretty content.
This has to be about the norm for most Centrinos.

Only came with 256MB of memory, so I'm waiting on more from Portable
One (cause they would have put it in if it didn't come straight
from Japan). I also ordered some Kingston 533MHz memory to take it
    to 1GB.

BTW, I ditched the trial NAV 2005 and installed the following.
Both of these items I highly recommend and they are both free.
I had NAV 2005 on my old laptop and wasn't about to buy it
again for the new one. So I did some research...

Great antivirus, very slick and free. I tried a bunch of them
(AVG, Trend, Kaspersky) and was most impressed by this:

Valuable utility to view memory config and more:
