Amilo suddenly shuts down, no programs (except windows) were running, it stands on a steady hard surface... When I try to turn it on, the ON indicator lights, HDD indicator blinks, HDD spins up for a sec, and than shut itself down (but with whole sequence: HDD parks it's heads, and then turn off the power)... Fan did not start at all!!! Please, help!!!

Something happened to the fan and it overheated? Leave it off for a while so it cools down and see if it turns on. It'll probably say if it shut off before as a result of overheating. If the fan's still off, then you need a new fan.
If the fan's on, but it eventually overheats and shuts off again, who knows. Happened to a friend of mine who got a virus (or something, virus scan would hang) that was running his CPU at 100% all the time. Formatted, virus gone, was good as new. Just look for whatever's unusual. I noticed because I came up to the laptop and its fan was so freaking loud, first thing I checked was what the lappy was up to. And then elevated it to give it some more ventilation while backing stuff up.

Thanks Malia, bu I think there wasn't overheating, i checked surface of the notebook and top of the desk right than (it usualy heats desk surface awhile), it was normaly warm...
It can be a cooler problem:
-After i turn it on, it takes power between 2 and 3 seconds,
-HDD spins and HDD lamp blinks,
-Cooler indicator blinks once, and immediatly after that, computer shuts,
-Fan don't spins at all,
-Display don't even get to turn on...
Maybe, there is a prevent-overheating-when-fan-is-disconnected-protection-system that won't let it starts if fan cable is disconnected.
THNX again!!! -
It can be a mobo failure too.If you still have your warranty it's best if you send it to the support.

I had a simialr problem with my notebook a few weeks after I bought it. I cannot remembver if the fan started up on mine or not, but it seems like you have a motherboard problem. When I had the problem, the lights started up for about 4 or 5 seconds, and then the notebook restarted. Nothing was displayed on the screen, and it went through the restart and startup cycle, until manually powered down.
I would take mujtaba's advice and send it in to Fujitsu Siemens, and they should take care of it. I did the same thing, and they ended up replacing the motherboard, processor and graphics card. It took two weeks, which I don't think is a massive time, considering they had to order the parts, fit them, and then send the notebook out. I don't think they work on sundays either.
Urgent Amilo problem
