On my S7020D, everytime I restart my notebook, the wave volume resets itself to max no matter how many times I adjust it. I searched the forum and haven't seen any similar problems... The master volume will stay at whatever level I left it at provided I do not adjust the wave volume, but if I adjust the wave volume, the master volume also resets itself back to the maximum upon restart. Also, if I mute the master volume before shutting down, it also defaults back to on again on restart. Any ideas how to get my notebook to remember its volume settings?

Are you using a docking station or port replicator?

Not using a docking station or port replicator. I tried updating the sound drivers to the latest Realtek drivers (5.10.0.5136) from Realtek's site since the version on Fujitsu's site were the same as the ones installed (5.10.0.5124). The master volume now seems to retain its settings regardless of the wave volume and other volume settings, but the wave and other volume levels still always resets themselves to their default levels upon restart. I guess this is an issue with the Realtek drivers that I can live with it, but it's a little bit annoying. I wonder if there are older drivers that worked better?
