The RAM in the n3511 is DDR2 400 Mhz in dual slots, so if i were to upgrade to 533 Mhz (because i seriously need all the performance benefits i can get, which is why i need 1.5 GB of it as well) what kind would i get, e.g., on crucial memory's website, there are many kinds of RAM, with different pins and all that kind of crazy stuff that gives me the shakes, (their website doesnt have the n3511 configuration on their adviser tool) so what is the right configuration for the n3511 which I know has DIMM slots, , (pin number, ballistix, leds?, tracer) and because there are two slots, their will be ecc, right?

You just need 200 pin standard notebook RAM. Not sure why it's not listed there, but it's probably hard to keep up with all the new releases. I really don't think you'll see any benefit from 533 though.
