i ordered a customized N6410 on May 9, order comfirmed on May 11, and the estimated ship date is May 18, but i did not receive any shipping email from Fujitsu yet, its already May 20, i'm kind of worry........ so i called Fujitsu and they said it should arrive next week but they couldn't tell the exact arrival date, or they will be fired................ did any one experienced this before?

by the way, does anyone has dead pixel on your Fujitsu laptop ???? are all N6410 made in Japan ????

I ordered an N6410 and mine shipped from Japan. You should receive an e-mail from Fujitsu relaying the tracking number. If you ordered online then you created an account. Try logging into that account and see if the staus has changed.

Please be aware that the computer will be shipping from Japan and assuming that you live in the US, it will have to go through Customs which will delay the delivery by one day.

Has far as the the dead pixels are concerned, I did not experience any problems.

My N6010 (same screen) came with 2 stuck pixels (one blue & on red) in the middle of the screen and were too obvious and annoying, so I exchanged the screen. But that was in the days of good old P1 :p I wonder if this would qualify for an exchange with fujitsu! I cannot remember if they have a clear dead pixel policy

EDIT: this is an article that Andrew wrote over a year ago, at the time 3 pixels was the official limit, no idea if things changed since then.
