Can I use the normal Catalyst Drivers on a Laptop with an X300?

I tried to install the 5.2's, but the installation failed, same with the ones made for Motherboards and what not.

    Thanks

Chaos, you can get the omega drivers that are the ati drivers that have been modded to work on laptops. I'm using them on my N6010 and they seem to work rather well. www.omegadrivers.net

edit: thats the corrected web address

Okay, thanks... I just found out ATI won't make Laptop drivers and that you only have a choice between 3rd party drivers (Omega) and Fujitsu's Drivers.

Fujitsu probably won't be updating their drivers for a long time. I think I will wait for Omega to release 5.3 based drivers.

I use Omegas on my Desktop and like them a lot better than ATI's. If I use ATI's drivers my Desktop actually freezes and crashes, but won't malfunction with Omegas..

ChaosBlizzard, care to give us an in depth review with pictures of the N3510? Im sure now you've used it for long enough to know all the pros and cons of this machine.

    Thank You!

I will work on the review and see if I can get some pictures this coming week.

There are a few things I would have liked to seen on this machine, and many things I do like.

I am going to start playing World Of Warcraft on this machine soon, so I will be able to comment on it's video performance. WOW can run at a widescreen resolution as well. :)

i was wondering if the N3510 is able to play Warcraft III smoothly out of the box or do i need to get the driver update from omegadrivers?
