I am very interested in the Amilo range but cant really decide which one to go for. Mobility is not an absolute specific requirement cos i will be mostly using the lap for desktop work in my apartment, so i will more often than not be close to a power point.
    My main concerns are:
    80 gb hard drive
very good graphics card, ie radeon 9600 pro/ 9700.. (which is better by the way)?
    512 ram.
I will be playing some games, and video/dvd editing/playback etc.

If mobility is not totally necessary would i be better off going with amilo A/D?
Which one would offer more power?

Well,as you see my avater is the best for you,you can absolutely take this one...
And some specs of Ati Mobility GPUs...

9700 is better than 9600 and 9600pro,but 9600pro with performance settings equal 9700...And you can easily play every game that you want both 9600 and 9700...I ve just used a 9600pro notebook, played FarCry (high settings) and The Warrior(high settings),very fast,smoothly...
no doubt you can buy...in the near future if u look on,u must look pci express cards, such as ati mobility x600...
