This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I want to be able to leave the laptop on when i close the laptop screen... right now its going to standby when i close it.

    In power settings in control panel, you can set the computer to do nothing on closing the lid. That's what you need to change.
